Vacation for my soul
It's that time of year when we start planning summer vacation. It's good to hit pause on your normal routine and get away. Our family likes to go on road trips. There is something refreshing about piling into a car, hitting the open road and getting out of town. We love it. We always come back amazingly refreshed.
As a family, we need that!
How about a vacation for your soul? Have you ever planned a time to hit pause from your normal routine and get away? I have and it's equally refreshing.
If you are interested in planning a "vacation for your soul" (aka a prayer retreat), but don't know where to start, check out this blog post from Doc Reid. It's a great outline for spending time with the Lord.
