It's people
Without a doubt that most important aspect of ministry is... not schedules or programs or systems or structure or budgets or policies or best practices. That stuff is important, but hands down, the most important aspect of ministry is... people!
I like to say, "I don't lead a church, I lead people."
The church doesn't follow a leader, people follow a leader.
